农残速测卡对蔬菜中有机磷农药有效检测时间的研究

摘    要:有机磷农药被植物吸收后,农残速测卡才能有效检测,环境温度的高低直接影响植物吸收有机磷农药以及农药在植物体内残留的时间.相关试验结果显示农残速测卡对农药喷施植物后的最短检出时间与环境温度呈负相关性;在植物中可检出的最长残留时间(20~25℃)为8天.

Abstract:Rapid determining test paper can effectively test organophosphorous pesticides only when they are absorbed by plants. The temperature of the surrounding environment directly influences the time of plants absorbing organophosphorous pesticides and the time of residues in plants. The results of experiments show the negative correlation between the temperature of the surrounding environment and the shortest positive test time by rapid test paper. And the longest time of organophosphorous pesticides left in plants tested by rapid test paper is 8 days.
