| 摘 要： | 大学生党建工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,也是大学生思想政治教育工作的一个关键环节,其实质就是保持和发扬大学生党员的先进性。保持大学生党员先进性教育是高校政治工作的一项长期任务,只有上下齐心,形成合力,持之以恒,大学生党员先进性长效机制才能真正形成。
