| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义法律体系的时代价值，通过四个方面巩固和发展了中国特色社会主义道路。即坚持了科学社会主义的基本原则、推进了中国特色社会主义的政治发展道路，“强制性”完善了道路中的中国特色、深入贯彻落实科学发展观，真正坚持了社会主义，体现了重要的时代价值。

| Abstract: | The times value of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics is consolidating and developing the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics through the four aspects, namely to insist the basic tenets of scientific socialism, push forward the socialist political development path with Chinese characteristics, ＂mandatory＂ perfect the Chinese characteristics in the road and thoroughly apply the scientific outlook of development, persist in the real socialist, reflect the important times value. |
