| 摘 要： | 为适应社会经济的发展,以及教育改革对教师提出的高素质要求,日本在二战后持续对教师任用政策进行了变革。为确保各类优秀人员进入到教师队伍中来,从而提高教师队伍的整体质量,对教师资格证制度以及教师的任用沿用都出台了新的政策,以适应日本学校教育的发展,发挥了重要作用。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the development of social economy,and the high quality requirements which educational reform proposed for the teachers,after World War II Japan continued to change the teachers＇ appointment policy.To ensure that all types of outstanding personnel into the teachers＇ team,so as to improve the overall quality of teachers,teacher qualification system and teacher appointment introduced new policy,in order to adapt to the development of Japan＇s school education,played an important role. |
