| 摘 要： | 针对文化对国家利益的影响,从经济方面、社会文化价值以及国家影响力三个层面进行探讨。三者之间既互相影响,又逐层递进。国家首先需要利用文化推动经济发展,同时实现文化传播。其次,在精神层面,文化对主流价值观的影响,主要在于通过文化传播来传达国家对社会理想的实现能力,来获得他者的认同和承认。最后,在经济与社会主流文化价值观支持下,重视通过文化因素实现和增强国家在国际社会的影响力。这需要国家对外政策和行为上与其传达的文化理念保持一致;对内进一步以社会广泛认可的文化价值观为标准实现社会理想化生活,以进步的文化理念统领社会经济、政治等各项社会发展事业的和谐和统一,最大程度的争取和维护国家利益。

| Abstract: | The effects of culture on state interests have been discussed from three aspects,namely,economy,value and national influence.Three aspects are progressive and interactive.At first,the nation should make good use of the culture to improve its economic strength.Next,the nation should pay attention to the culture effects on mainstream values.The strong nations diffuse their culture to show their power.It is a very important element for winning the national interests.Last,the culture also helps promote a national power.The foreign policy must keep identical with promulgated ideas.As for domestic development,it is important to improve people＇s life with complying with accepted values and ideals. |
