摘    要:RUP综合了以往的多种软件开发过程的优点,全面考虑了软件开发的技术因素和管理因素,是一种良好的开发模式,可以在进度和成本范围内开发出高质量的软件产品,将RUP应用到人事考评系统的实际应用开发过程中,在某种意义上是寻求一种最优方案。

Abstract:RUP is a good exploitation mode as it synthesizes various software developing processes and their advantages, com- prehensively considers the factors of software development technique and management and it can tap high quality software product within the scope of schedule and cost. To apply RUP into the exploitation process of the merit rating system is to seek the optimal decision in a sense.
