| 摘 要： | 分析危机潜伏期的危机特征和危机处理；采用案例分析法选择华为海外行贿风波事件进行分析，为危机潜伏期企业竞争情报顸警机制的设计提供支持；设计危机潜伏期的企业竞争情报预警机制；希望通过建立有效竞争情报预警机制，帮助企业在危机潜伏时期提高企业竞争情报工作的效率，解决危机问题。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the features of crisis and the crisis handling at the time of crisis latency.By the use of the case analysis method,the paper analyzes the overseas bribery affairs of Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd.so as to provide a support for the design of the enterprise competitive intelligence pre-warning mechanism used at the time of crisis latency.The paper fulfils the design and hopes to help the enterprises improve their competitive intelligence service efficiency at the time of crisis latency and overcome the crisis by establishing the effective competitive intelligence pre-warning mechanism. |
