| Abstract: | It's worth discussing the two fundamental concept definitions"Nature of Government" and" Form of Government" , which are found in the teaching material version of" The Chinese Constitution " for higher vocational colleges. There should be some differences between "Nature of Government and The State System"."Form of Political Power and The State System of Government". They cant be the same. |
