| 摘 要： | 在当今世界,运用法律手段来筹措职业教育经费,是世界各国普遍采用的形式。德国、英国和法国等发达国家都颁布了职业教育经费方面的有关法律,并对职业教育经费的筹措做出了规定。在职业教育经费的筹措过程中,政府颁布的职业教育经费方面的有关法律,具有保证职业教育经费筹措活动有序运行的引导作用、推进职业教育经费筹措的保障作用和促进作用。
