摘    要:朝阳市是辽宁省的农业大市,2003年7月辽宁省农业科学院与朝阳市政府签定了科技共建协议。七年来,辽宁省水土保持研究所做为辽宁省农业科学院与朝阳市科技共建的实施主体,通过朝阳市综合性农业科技示范基地建设;新品种选育、引进、示范;为朝阳市农业主导产业提供技术支撑;支持农业《科技苑》栏目等措施,很好地完成了科技共建任务,促进朝阳市社会主义新农村建设,并实现了院市共赢,科技共建工作也成为农业科技成果转化的有效手段之一。

Abstract:Chaoyang is a big city of agriculture in Liaoning province. In July of 2003, Liaoning academy of agricultural science signed a scientific and technological co-construction agreement with Chaoyang government. As the subjects of implementation, through constructing comprehensive agricultural science and technology demonstration base, breeding, introducing and demonstrating of new species, Liaoning institute of soil and water conservation provides technical supports for agricultural leading industry of Chaoyang. The institute also supported column of "Technology Court", accomplished scientific and technological co-construction task well, promoted construction of new socialist countryside of Chaoyang city, and realized all-win of academy and city. The scientific and technological co-construction work also becomes one of effective means in converting scientific achievements of agriculture.
