| 摘 要： | 元学习是学习过程中导致个体认知结构和心理结构改善的活动。主要受教学方法、教学内容、教学环境、家庭环境等客观因素，和学生智力水平、动机、态度、知识基础、创新意识等主观因素影响。培养学生的元学习能力，应努力改革教学内容和教学方法，创设轻松和谐的学习环境，培养学生良好的学习方法，塑造学生良好的心理素质，做好与学生家庭沟通交流等工作。

| Abstract: | Metalearning is the process inside studying which causes the improving of individual construction of both perception and psychology. It is primarily affected by Objective factors, such as teaching method, content of course, teaching environment etc. It is also affected by Subjective factors, such as Students intelligence level, study attitude, Knowledge foundation, the consciousness of creative etc. we could enhance student s metalearning ability through following ways: reforming the content of course and teaching method, establishing harmonious studying environment, helping students form suitable studying methods, molding the good minds of students character and communicating with the students family. |
