| Abstract: | Colleges must have strategic transference to persist connotation development. In this process, quantities must submit toquality, hardware must serve the software and forms must reflect functions. Be fully aware of the importance of the colleges in innovation-oriented country, persist in economic construction as the main field and go a coordinated development road with teaching, scientificresearch and social service together. |
