论教育过程中的规范学习与个性培育

摘    要:遵循良好的社会规范,张扬个性特色是现代文明社会教育发展的基本定向.然而,中国长期的教育理论研究始终没有对规范教育和培育个性提供一个明确的思想方法来指导教育实践活动.本文通过对规范涵义的解读辨析和教育实践中对规范学习与个性培育的审视思考,依据人发展的社会化要求和个性化需要,主张树立科学的教育理念,把规范教育和个性培育和谐地统一在教育过程中.

Abstract:Following social norm and stinking character of personality are primary orientations of today civil society,educational development.But our country's theory of education had not got a definite idolog about standard education and culture student individualism to guide practical activity of education.This article analyses meaning of standard,thinks standard education and cultural personality in educational practicing, advocates scientific Iogos of education,unites standard education and culture character harmoniously in process of education.
