| 摘 要： | 通过比赛发现,排球运动员不但需要具备良好的身体条件与身体素质及全面的技术,而且还需要具备很强的“场上意识”．由于比赛场上的情况千变万化,“场上意识”的培养显得十分重要．为此,针对“场上意识”的培养从生理、心理等方面进行分析,提出训练的方法．

| Abstract: | Through the match, it can be found that volleyball players not only have need good physical conditions, physical qualities, and overall technology, but also demand a strong sense of "consciousness on the match". Because the situation on the match changes variously, the training of "consciousness on the match" seems quite important. Therefore, the paper analyses and proposes the training methods from the perspective of physiology and psychology according to the training of "consciousness on the match". |
