| 摘 要： | 以我国中等体育运动学校办学模式为研究对象,分层随机抽取东、中、西部地区的72所中等体育运动学校进行调查与访谈.对学校的办学体制、模式、办学经费和生源等方面的现状及存在问题进行分析,提出了建立可行的领导体制、统一经费投入和人员编制、适度控制中等体育运动学校办学规模、解决好在校学生分流问题和大力推广"体教结合"的办学模式等对策. |
