船舶碰撞事故原因关联性分析

摘    要:为避免或减少船舶碰撞事故,对船舶碰撞事故原因进行进一步分析。以船舶碰撞事故海事调查报告给出的原因作为研究对象,采用解释结构模型(interpretative structural model, ISM)和层次分析法(analytic hierarchy progress, AHP)构建船舶碰撞影响因素多层次结构图,探究同一层次及不同层次各因素之间的关系。用AHP确定各直接影响因素的相对重要性,结果表明:最低配员要求、船舶设备、能见度、航道或航区等因素对船舶碰撞事故的影响突出。

Correlation analysis on causes of ship collision accidents

Abstract:In order to avoid or reduce ship collision accidents, the causes of ship collision accidents are further analyzed. Taking the causes given in the maritime investigation reports on ship collision accidents as the research object, the multi level structure diagram of ship collision influencing factors is constructed by the interpretative structural model (ISM) and the analytic hierarchy progress (AHP), and the relationship among factors at the same level and different levels is explored. The relative importance of each direct influencing factor is determined by AHP. The results show that the factors such as the minimum staffing requirement, the ship equipment, the visibility, and channels or navigation area have a prominent impact on ship collision accidents.
