| 摘 要： | 阐述图书馆多元文化服务的背景、含义、原则，并在介绍国外相关实践情况的基础上提出7条图书馆多元文化服务的措施：确定服务对象，明确服务需求；建立服务制度，有效配置资源；合理建设馆藏，满足不同文化群体的需要；针对少数群体，开展信息服务；组织文化活动，促进文化交流；重视馆员培训，提高多元文化素养；积极宣传推广，吸引多元文化读者。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the background, meaning and principles of the library’s multicultural services, and then proposes seven measures of multicultural services in libraries: ascertain the service object and their needs, set up a service system and allocate the resources effectively, develop the collection reasonably to meet different cultural groups’ needs, carry out the information service for minorities, organize cultural events to promote cultural exchanges, pay much attention to librarian training and enhance multicultural equipment, publicize the service positively to attractive multicultural readers. |
