| Abstract: | TThis paper points out that it is vital to protect intellectual property in innovation of technology.It protects the innovators' rights and encourages other members in the society to explore on new technology.Intellectual property protects and encourages the application of new technology and promotes the innovation of technology by standardizing the evaluation of technological talents and their achievements,and improving the communication of new technologies. |
