| 摘 要： | 毛泽东在中国革命时期形成的尊重农民、引导农民、组织农民、联合农民、依靠农民的根本态度及减轻农民负担、解放农民的各项政策。为我们选择解决三农问题的路径和确定解决三农问题的重心提供了启示：调查研究三农问题的真实情况、剖析三农问题的实质，是解决三农问题的先决条件；立足三农问题的根本、尊重农民的自由选择、解除农民的束缚。是解决三农问题的核心内容；适当地引导和组织农民、相信农民的智慧、依靠农民自己的力量，是解决三农问题的最佳路径。

| Abstract: | In the course of the Chinese revolution MAO Ze-dong fell into the attitude towards the peasants that is: respect the peasants, guide the peasants, organize the peasants, ally the peasants and rely on the peasants, and adopted the policy towards the peasants, that is: reduce their burden and liberate them. His attitude and policy give us inspiration in selecting the approach to the solution of the 3 problems in the rural areas and in deciding what is the heart of the problems: the prerequisite to the solution is to investigate and study the actuality of the problems, and to analyze the essence of the problems; the heart of the matter is grasp the most important of the 3 problems, respect the free selection of the peasants and rid them of the trammels imposed upon them; and the best approach to the matter is guide and organize them in a proper way, believe in their wisdom, and rely on their own strength. |
