| 摘 要： | 作为第一个进入高等教育普及化的发展中国家，韩国一直非常重视人才培养。韩国高校在人才培养模式上探索出了成功的经验：以学生为中心进行弹性培养，以社会需求为导向设置课程，以能力培养为重点实施教学，以人文精神为引导丰富学生生活等。这些经验可以为我国高校所借鉴。

| Abstract: | As the first county to enter the popularization of higher education in developing countries, Korea has attached grea importance on training talent. Universities in Korea on talent training mode explored a successful experience: student-centered flexibly training, setting up courses by the needs of society, focus on the capacity-building for the undergraduates and guiding the students rich life by the humanistic spirit. These experiences can be learned by universities in China. |
