论高师院校教学大师的培养

摘    要:培养和造就一批具有创新能力的教学大师是高师院校迎接未来挑战的需要。教学大师的素质结构中,专业化素质是基础,能力素质是核心,师德素质是关键。当前的宏观社会环境和微观组织环境都为教学大师的脱颖而出创造了条件,提供了可能。实施名师工程,稳定和吸收高层以次人才,推行导师制,实行重奖制和倾斜政策是培养教学大师的主要措施。

Abstract:It is very necessary for teachers' institutes to foster creative masters of education to meet the challenges in the future. As to the qualities of the masters, major knowledge, competence and morals are the fundamental necessities. The present environments have created favorable conditions and make it possible for the masters to reveal their talent, e.g. the Great Master Project, the Talents-Importing, the Tutor System, the Ample Rewards System and the Inclination Policy.
