| 摘 要： | 近几年，随着高等学校招生规模的扩大，高校学生欠费问题越来越严重，它已经影响到高校的发展，也引起了各级教育主管部门和各高校领导的重视。章通过对目前大学生欠费的现状及大学生欠费的原因分析，找出一条解决大学生欠费问题的途径，即设立国家特困大学生资助基金；改变现有的国家助学贷款发放办法；加大对恶意欠费学生的惩罚力度等。

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the scale's enlargement of the students' recruiting in the higher learning institutions, the problems of students'tuition debts are becoming more and more serious. They have influenced the development of the institutions and have caused concerns of the institutions'leaders and the governments from all levels of departments responsible for education. This article analyzes the present situations and reasons of students ' tutition debts and tries to find ways to solve the problems of them. |
