| Abstract: | With more and more attention to kindergarten education,higher requirements are put forward for kindergarten teachers'teaching level and comprehensive quality.Post training is a practical training mode,which can improve the teaching practice skills of preschool teachers,and accumulate certain teaching practice experience before taking up the post,so as to enter the state more quickly in the actual teaching.Improve teaching efficiency.This paper mainly describes the importance and practical strategies of preschool teachers'training,aiming at further improving the quality of preschool education and promoting the overall quality of children. |
