| 摘 要： | 国有企业改革是我国整个经济体制改革的中心环节，随着我国国企改革的发展，人们对国企的认识也发生了深刻的变化。从否定国企之间的商品、货币关系到确立国企的独立法人地位；从国有国营到多种经营方式的采用以及实现形式的多样化；从搞活每一个国有企业、对国企只作量上的分析到确立搞活整个国有经济、国有资产，标志着人们对国企的认识发生了质的飞跃，也推动着我国国企改革走向一个新的发展阶段。

| Abstract: | The reform of state - owned enterprises is the central link in the whole reform of China' s economic system. With their developing people' s view to them makes profound changes. From denying the ties of commodity and currency among the state - owned enterprises to establishing the enterprises' status of independent juridical person j From state - owned and state - management ways to adopting varieties of managements; From flouring every state ?owned enterprise and analyzing them only based on quantity to flourishing the whole state-owned economy and asset,which wymbolizes people's view to state-owned enterprises leaps in quality and promotes the reforms of our state - owned enterprises into a new developing stage. |
