摘    要:水产品加工技术是高职水产养殖专业开设的一门必修课,是一门实践性很强的课程。在教学中,要以职业岗位需求为中心,以创新教育为导向,以技能型人才培养为目标,让学生在掌握水产品加工专业知识和传统技能的基础上,培养其创新意识,提高能力。这是专业学习的需要,也是加强就业竞争力的需要。

Abstract:Aquatic products processing technology is a required course opened in higher vocational aquatic products breeding major,which is the curriculum of strong practice.In its teaching it needs to take the requirement of vocational post as center,vocational education as guidance,and the cultivation of skilled talents as objective.On the basis of mastering knowledge and traditional skill in the major of aquatic products processing,it can cultivate students’ innovative awareness and improve ability.This is the demand of professional study,as well as the requirement of strengthening employment competition.
