| 摘 要： | 主体内化是大学生职业价值观形成的关键。要增强大学生职业价值观教育的实效性,必须遵循品德形成规律,切实引导大学生树立全新的职业价值观念,增强职业情感,坚定职业信念,巩固职业意志,规范职业行为,并建立内化和固化机制。

| Abstract: | The internalization of main body is the key to the form of college students’ occupation values.In order to strengthen the actual effect of college students’ occupation values education,it should follow moral forming pattern,and guide college students to establish the new occupation values concept.It should strengthen occupation emotion and occupation concept,consolidating occupation will.It can regulate occupation action and establish internalization and solidification mechanism. |
