谈高职院校外语教师社会服务能力的提升

摘    要:高职教育旨在培养生产、管理、服务第一线的高技能人才,这一培养目标决定了高职院校教师不仅应是教育教学专家,还必须具备行业企业的实践经验与知识。高职院校外语教师社会服务能力的提升可遵循“双证书”型→“双能力”型→“双融合”型的发展模式,不断提高社会服务能力和服务成效。

Abstract:Higher vocational education aims at training high skilled talents in the front line of production,service and management,which determines teachers in higher vocational colleges should not only be the experts of educational teaching,but also be qualified with practical experience and knowledge of industry and enterprise.The improvement of social serving ability of foreign language teachers should follow the developing mode from double-certificate to double-ability to double-combination,which can improve social serving ability and serving effect continually.
