小麦秆制备糠醛的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了小麦秆制备糠醛的可行性。分别对干燥时间、氯化铵浓度、反应时间进行糠醛收率进行对比研究,采用紫外分光光度法进行测定。经过反复试验,得到小麦秆制备糠醛的最佳工艺参数:干燥时间为6h(100℃)、氯化铵浓度为20%,反应时间为5h。糠醛收率达到理论值的65%,比玉米芯生产糠醛收率提高了15%。

Abstract:Furfural production from wheat stalk is studied in this article.The comparison of the furfural yield is studied on parameters of the time of drying,the concentration of ammonium chloride,the time of reaction.The results are tested by UV-spectrophotometric.Through many batches of treats,the optimum technology parameters for production furfural are obtained as following:drying time of 6 h(100 ℃),ammonium chloride concentration of 20 %,reaction time of 5 h.Under the condition,the yield of furfural reachs 65% of the theoretical amount,being 15% higher than that with corn core.
