电信运营企业员工职业生涯管理策略

摘    要:组织领导者和人事管理人员的重要职责之一,就是帮助该组织的全体成员正确地选择其职业生涯,这对于整个组织的绩效和前景也有重大影响。根据电信运营企业人力资源的特点,从吸引人才,培养人才和稳定员工队伍为出发点,探讨电信运营企业应如何通过组织对个体职业生涯的关注与引导,正确管理员工的职业生涯,实现组织与个体的共同发展。

Abstract:One important duty of the leaders and the personnel management ad m inistrators is to help all the organization members to design their working care er,which will contribute a lot to the performance and the prospect of the whole organization.Based on the characteristics of the human resources in the telecom operating enterprises,this paper discusses how the telecom operating enterprises pay attention to and direct the staff's working career,manage their working car eer, from the perspectives of talents'attraction, talents' cultivation, and main taining the employee's stability in order to achieve the co-development between the organization and the individuals.
