| 摘 要： | 高等教育市场的开放已经成为一个必然的趋势，民间资本的引入又必将大大地推动了我国高等教育的发展。高等教育的特殊属性、人力资本理论和产业经济学都为民间资本进入高等教育提供了理论上的依据。通过对现实实际的分析，现行高等教育的运行机制与高等教育的大众化又迫切需要民间资本的引入。多渠道的引入方式，可以促使我国高等教育产业的大力发展。

| Abstract: | The opening of higher education market to private capital is inevitable,and the introduction of private capital will in a great sense promote the development of higher education.Theoretically,unique attributes of higher education,human resources capital theory and industrial economics provide the theoretic foundation for the entry of private capital.Practically,the managing mechanism of present higher education and popularization of higher education necessitate the introduction.In all,the introduction in a variety of ways is bound to promote the prosperous development of higher education. |
