| 摘 要： | 运用文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法,对我国体育教师入职教育的形式、内容、方法、效果及存在的主要问题进行了调查分析,进而对其入职教育模式进行了构建.结论:体育教师入职教育模式有师徒式培训、教学现场培训、参观考察培训、先进典型培训、教育教学专题培训、校园文化培训、读书制度培训、调研式培训等.

| Abstract: | With the combination of documentary analysis,questionnaire investigation,and expert interview,this study conducted a profound and extensive analysis in order to explore forms,content,methods,effects and the existing main problems in relation to initial P.E.teachers in China,thereby establishing the training model of initial P.E.teacher.The results indicated that the main models of initial training of P.E.teachers insist of apprentice training,on-spot teaching training,observation training,sample training,education-topic training,campus culture training,reading report training and research training and so on. |
