| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆建设作为高校信息化水平、资源建设和科研基础等方面的重要标志，已成为高校发展的一个关键因素。在数字图书馆建设中，馆藏资源数字化版权保护、资源使用范围有限、资源整合困难、资源使用率不高等是制约发展的重要问题。应利用信息化等手段，促进高校数字化图书馆的建设发展。

| Abstract: | The construction of digital libraries is an important symbol of information, resource construction and scientific research, which has become a key factor in the development of colleges and universities. In the construction of the digital libraries, the copyright protection, limited use, difficult integration, less use rate of digital tal resources problems and library resources are problems and its various problems are that restrict its development. The characteristics of library digi- analyzed and discussed so as to explore the solutions to the promote the development of the digital libraries in colleges and universities. |
