| Abstract: | Because medium- and small-sized enterprises comprise the supporting power of the national economy, the development of information systems in these enterprises have special significance. In this paper, the author thinks that medium- and small- sized enterprises should have their plans for the development of information systems, solve problems in the development, and select methods suitable to their own situations. 5 refs. |
