| 摘 要： | 广大农村是公安民警依法行政最广阔的天地,我国依法行政治国方略的真正实施,在很大程度上取决于面向农村的执法人员是否真正按照依法行政的要求去执法、去行政。目前,广大农村依法行政的现状还不令人满意,也存在着不少主、客观困难。为此,必须引起各级公安机关的高度重视和关注。

| Abstract: | The countryside is the vast field of administration according to law for policemen. Whether or not the general plan of administration by law can truly be enforced is largely dependent on whether or not law-executors enforce laws and administer in accordance with the requirements of administration according to law .The present situation of administration by law in the vast countryside is not satisfactory.Moreover,there are many difficulties in it .So public security organs at different levels should attach high importance on it. |
