| 摘 要： | 本文通过对信息素养这一概念的诠释,得出了“信息素养在信息社会中业已成为社会个体生存发展的一种基本能力”的认识。人事管理工作者作为各单位重要管理部门的工作人员,其素质标准必然包括信息素质。信息素养应成为人事管理工作者必备素质之一。
