| 摘 要： | 在高等职业教育面临深化改革和类型发展的关键时期,高职院校的扩招工作也进入到了内涵建设阶段。高职院校面对扩招学生多元复杂的扩招生源结构与特点,基于扩招学生人生发展与高职院校内涵发展,对扩招人才培养工作进行价值反思,主动探索扩招学生内生发展与外部环境相生相宜的培养策略,提升扩招学生培养质量,对高职院校适新应变深化职业人才培养模式改革意义非凡。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is facing the key period of deepening refOrm and type development,the enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges has also entered the stage of connotation construction.Facing the diverse and complex structure and characteristics of the expansion enrollment,higher vocational colleges reflect on the value of expansion enrollment talent training based on the life development of enrolled students and the connotative development of higher vocational colleges,and actively explore the compatibility of the internal development of enrolled students with the external environment,improving the quality of enrolling students.This is of great significance for higher vocational colleges to deepen the reform of vocational talent training mode. |
