| Abstract: | Taking the lead in promoting the construction of School of Future Technology on a global scale is of key significance for China to enter the global competition for future technology and promote the transformation of talent training models.This paper discusses the concepts,methods,and standards of School of Future Technology from the two dimensions of theory and practice,and compares the construction path of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.This research believes that the core of future technology competition is the competition of higher education systems,policies and systems on which the training of technical talents in the future depends,and School of Future Technology should be classified as an innovative research category in theory and should be closely integrated with technological foresight in practice.In the process of exploring and forming the construction of School of Future Technology,China should get rid of three mindsets. |
