| 摘 要： | 世界各国都曾有过封建专制主义。中国封建专制主义源于先秦奴隶制 ,延续至明清 ,历史过程特长。它的基本特点是 :皇帝利用中央集权制肆意独裁 ,君权神化 ,君统与宗统相结合 ,皇帝官僚享有种种特权。它的要害是决策不民主 ,一人说了算 ,造成严重社会后果

| Abstract: | Feudal autocracy used to exist in all countries of the world .Chinese feudal autocracy is the longest one originated from the Pre Qin Slavery and lasted till the Ming and Qing Dynasties,whose basic characteristics are the emperors' centralized dictatorship, monarchical power deification ,combination of monarchy and religious control and various privileges enjoyed by both the emperor and his officials .The harmful defects of the system result in decisions without democracy and serious social effects. |
