| 摘 要： | 农民工培训事关农民素质的提高和收入的增加，关涉农村城镇化进程，是解决“三农”问题和实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的重要举措。目前农民工培训取得了很大的进展，但也存在着一些障碍因素，它们影响了农民工培训工作的有效开展。因此，对这些障碍因素进行分析，提出具体的应对措施具有极其重要的现实意义。
