摘    要:针对目前我国中学化学教师科学素养亟待提高的现状,首先要提高教师在职培训的针对性和实效性;其次要建立有效的教师科学素养培训制度;三是教育行政部门应加快推进考试制度的改革.如此进行化学教师在职培训,才能使化学教师的科学素养得到提高,并适应当前课程改革的需要.

Abstract:At present the scientific accomplishment of middle school chemistry teachers should be enhanced urgently in our country.There are three ways of changing this condition.The first is to enhance the on-the-job training pertinence and the efficiency of teachers.The second is to establish an effective teachers' scientific accomplishment training system.The third is that the educational administration department should speed up the reform of test system.If only we carry on the on-the-job training of chemistry teachers like this,will their scientific accomplishment be enhanced greatly and meet the needs of the current curriculum reforms.
