| 摘 要： | 科学探究能力是<物理课程标准(实验)>中对学生提出的能力要求,而发现问题和提出问题是科学探究的前提.本文首先论述了发现问题与提出问题重要意义,然后从培养学生的"问题意识"、"发现问题、提出问题"的能力和心理素质三个方面阐述了如何有效地指导学生发现问题、提出问题.
