| 摘 要： | 企业的技术创新贵在持续,也难在持续.而制度结构在企业持续创新过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,它对于促进企业持续不断地推出新的技术创新项目,实现持续创新有着重大的促进作用.把制度结构分为内部正式制度安排、非正式制度安排以及制度环境,并分别探讨具体的制度要素对于推动企业持续创新的重大作用.

| Abstract: | It is important and difficult for the enterprise to undertake sustainable innovation. Institutional structure plays an important role in the process of Enterprise's sustainable innovation, it can motivate the enterprise to invest technological innovation and realize sustainable innovation. The paper classifies the institutional structure into formal institutional arrangement, informal institutional arrangement and institutional environment, and analyzes how specific institutional factors affect sustainable innovation. |
