摘    要:采用豌豆根尖微核技术研究了氯化钠对豌豆根尖细胞的遗传损伤,测定了不同浓度氯化钠(0.05,0.15,0.25mol/L)诱导下的豌豆根尖细胞微核率、有丝分裂指数和染色体畸变率.结果表明,氯化钠能诱发较高的微核率,降低根尖细胞有丝分裂指数;并能诱导豌豆根尖细胞产生较多类型的染色体畸变.氯化钠对豌豆根尖细胞有一定的遗传毒性.

Abstract:The genotoxicity of NaCl on root tip cells of Pisum sativum was studied in this paper.Micronucleus assay and chromosomal aberration assay were used to determine the mitotic index,the micronucleus frequency and chromosomal aberration frequency of root tip cells of Pisum sativum which were induced by different concentrations of NaCl(0.05,0.15,0.25 mol/L).Results showed that NaCl could induce the micronucleus rate of root tip cells of Pisum sativum.NaCl could decreased mitotic index.NaCl could induce various t...
