| 摘 要： | 开放研究型专业实验室管理改革是促进实验室上层次、上水平和长期可持续发展的需要，也是培养具有创新能力的高层次人才的需要。本文结合植物激素重点实验室建设和管理的具体实践，探讨了市场经济条件下开放专业研究型实验室的管理体制和运行机制。

| Abstract: | Management reform is required in order to promote the level and sustainable development of the opening specialized research laboratory, and it is also needed to bring up talents with higher innovative abilities. Based on the experiences on establishing and management of the Key Lab. of Phytohormones, the management system and mechanism of the opening specialized research laboratory under the conditions of market economy were discussed in the paper. |
