| 摘 要： | 以自组织和他组织理论为基础，研究我国竞技体育改革的实施路径。在社会变革和制度变迁的过程中，自组织起着重要的决定作用。竞技体育改革应遵循自组织理念，但二者并非水火不容，他组织的退出与自组织的成长，是一个辩证统一的过程。我国的竞技体育制度变迁首先应是保护带的调整，以保证制度的内核处于一种相对稳定的状态，从而使一种制度在渐进的状态下逐步地实现变迁。目前情况下应充分利用原有的竞技体育体制中既存的组织，依托长期积累起来的他组织制度资源，通过有序的边际创新，稳步推动他组织制度的变迁与创新，从而避免改革出现激烈震荡。 |

From other organization to self organization-reform of Chinese competitive sports system reform |

| Abstract: | Based on self organization and other organization theories ,this paper aims to study the ways of reforming the Chinese competitive sport s. In the process of social changes and system t ranferrence , self organization plays an important role. Competitive sport s reform should follow self organization theory. Self organization theory and other organization theory exist side by side. The Chinese competitive system should ensure that the readjustment of the inner system should be keep the system stable and make changes gradu- ally. At present ,the original organization existing in the orgiginal system should be utilized and resources should be used as well. |
