| 摘 要： | 农村经济发展滞后,城乡差距过大,严重制约着我国经济发展。因此,要缩小城乡差距,从根本上解决“三农”问题,必须统筹城乡经济发展。统筹城乡经济发展,实质就是把城市和农村的经济和社会发展作为整体统一规划,通盘考虑;将城市和农村存在的问题及相互关系综合起来研究,统筹加以解决。

| Abstract: | Rural economy development lags behind,and the enlargement of the urban and rural disparity seriously restricts China's (economy) development.Therefore,it is essential to overall plan the urban and rural economy development,in order to reduce the urban and rural disparity,and basically solve "three agricultures" problem.The essence of the overall planning of the urban and rural economy development is to take the urban and rural economy and the social development as a unified whole,study all the problems with the town and the country and their relationship in an integrative way and solve them from an overall perspective. |
