| 摘 要： | 民事连带责任是一种比较特殊的民事责任,适用于很多情况,本文探讨的是连带保证中保证人的连带责任问题。本文在对民事连带责任和连带保证相关的基本概念作了理论上的界定的基础上,作为后面论述的理论根据和基础。文章的主要部分是根据第一部分的理论线索对这个问题基本理论的阐述,试图构建其基本理论框架。最后针对实际适用中出现的两个特殊问题,谈了笔者的看法,以期能够弥补纯理论的不足。

| Abstract: | Civil joint-responsibility is a special civil responsibility, it can be applied to many conditions. The problem of guarantor's joint obligation in the joint-guarantee has been discussed in the paper. Before exploring the theory, author defines the notion of civil joint- responsibility and relevant notion of joint-guarantee. Author attempt to build the fundamental theory frame in the chief part of the papers. Author expresses his opinions on two particular problems in reality to offset shortcomings of the absolute theory. |
