| 摘 要： | 强势政府、庞大公务员队伍,公务员对社会财富的强力支配权,以及已经习惯因循的生活作风和生活规矩,决定了其餐桌行为的社会影响力,如果前提条件与社会环境没有更多变化,那么后者的变化也是有限的。笔者认为,影响社会餐饮深刻变化的"新时期"尚未到来,有历史责任感和社会伦理感的餐饮人应当自觉推进餐饮文明,树立明确坚定的大众餐桌经营理念。

| Abstract: | Table behavior is influenced greatly by the social wealth strong domination of advantaged government,of large civil service,and of civil servants and by the habitual life style and life rules.The behavior will remain unchanged if no more change for the prerequisite and social environment.This paper believes ＂new period＂has not yet come which decides social catering change.Those with the sense of historical responsibility and sense of social ethics should actively promote table civilization and establish a clear and firm new idea of catering. |
