从课程愿景视角论教师专业化发展

摘    要:课程教学是学校教育中教与学活动最为基本的单元结构,是教师与学生进行教学互动的重要场景,更是教师实现专业化发展最为主要的渠道。由于社会的快速变革,教育目标需要适时调整,教学对象的发展趋势呈多样化。坚守专业课程的学术标准、实现教师的专业化发展,亟需一个关键的协同性元素——课程愿景。在过度的标准化教学中更多地融入共享愿景与协同发展等感性因素,能应对课程教学中教师专业化发展所面临的多样化难题。

Abstract:Curriculum teaching is the most basic unit structure for teaching and learning activities in school education,an important occasion for interactive teaching between teachers and students.It is the main channel for teacher’ s professional development.The rapid transformation of society is reflected in the need of timely adjustment of educational goals and diversified development trend of students.Therefore,one key collaborative element—Curriculum Visions is put forward to deal with how to adhere to academic standards of professional courses and how to achieve the professional development of teachers.In the background of over-standardization of teaching,such emotional factors as shared visions and joint development are the ways to resolve diversified problems on the professional development of teachers.
