摘    要:基于我国2010-2020年省级面板数据,应用面板门槛模型验证政府补贴对高技术产业创新效率的影响是否随企业规模质量水平而变化,并将全国划分为东部和中西部两大区域,以此来比较分析这种影响的地域异质性。研究结果表明,在以企业规模质量水平为门槛变量时政府补贴对高技术产业创新效率的作用效果具有显著的门槛效应,并且这种门槛效应具有一定的地域差异性,对于全国省份和中西部省份具有双门槛效应,对于东部省份具有单门槛效应。研究结论可以为我国在新时期更加合理地配置资源和指导高技术产业发展方面提供新的启示。

The Impact of Government Subsidies on Innovation Efficiency of High-Tech Industries: Based on The Threshold Effect of Firm Scale Quality
Abstract:Based on the panel data of China"s high-tech industry from 2010 to 2020, the panel threshold regression model was adopted to study the impact of enterprise scale quality and government subsidies on innovation efficiency of high-tech industries, with the enterprise scale quality as the threshold variables. Further, the provinces in China was divided into two regions: the east provinces and the central and western provinces, in order to compare the regional heterogeneity of the impact. The results show that the impact of government subsidies on the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries has a significant threshold effect, and this threshold effect has certain regional differences, with enterprise scale quality as the threshold variable. It has a double threshold effect for the national provinces and the central and western provinces, and a single threshold effect for the eastern provinces. The conclusion provides new enlightenment for China to allocate resources more reasonably and efficiently and guide the development of high-tech industries in the new era.
